Hi my name is Ellen Soentken and I love to help you be the best in your work (and … get the credits and promotions because of that too). My specialty is coaching feisty female managers and entrepreneurs to the top of their talents. I do that for big audiences (no sweat i LOOVE that), and smaller groups and 1 on 1 (a lot of sweat and even greater results in a short time <- with that I mean promotions within 6 months e.g.). I was born to do this work. I love what I do. And I am very proud of the achievements of my clients. Not only do we have a LOT of fun during the trainings (or speeches of coaching sessions). Ellen Soentken’s background:

I have a MSc degree in Social Cultural Sciences  specialized in ‘what works for female leaders’.
For my thesis I have had the honor to interview dutch female leadership icons like Neelie Kroes, Yvonne van Rooy, Cox Habbema and Sylvia Toth.
I also have a BBA degree (Nyenrode University).
Before I started my own company in 2002 I used to work in the media as a project manager of multi media projects for the biggest clients of VNU/ilse media (now the company is called Sanoma). Some used to call me ‘the pitbull’. But that was a long time ago. I have become a lot milder and patient since.
